Throw out everything you think you know about fitness.  Start blank and consider all options. Question it all-- even what we say. It is important you don’t follow any advice blindly. You consider, test, and evaluate. Get real world feedback.

Do not skip any section of this course: Read EVERY word. Watch EVERY video. Look at EVERY picture. If you blow through it, you are missing the point. If you are too busy, too distracted, or act like a know-it-all, return this course immediately because you’ll never make it. I used to ask clients, “do you floss your teeth?” Their answer foreshadowed their success. If they were too busy to take three minutes to do something they know they should and would benefit from, then good luck scheduling in a workout, meal prepping, and making good choices. 


Take the couple weeks to sit down and really digest this information presented here in PRYMAL University because this knowledge will pay you back 100x in the years to come.
